Everton Transfer Thread 2016

There's no evidence of anything other than things look very similar to before. Quit the nonsense.

In what way does Stekelenberg resemble Howard's atrocious keeping?

Gueye has had a bigger impact than McCarthy ever has had

Williams has added authority to the back line already.

It's early days but for me everything is pointing in the right direction now, the complete opposite of where we were going on and off the pitch pre Moshiri

All it took to strengthen the feelgood factor was an £11m Ziyech, a Bony loan or a Timo Horn enquiry

I wasn't bothered about how much money we were going to spend - Of all the mooted transfers this summer I was probably most excited about Ghezzal

The net spend stuff is of no importance - The fact remains that we never really sorted out the GK situation, we have very little attacking creativity in the middle of the pitch, and we have 1 striker

I expected these 3 things to be sorted at the very minimum (Not in the bed-wetting, 'I want everything yesterday' Veruca salt way) - Just in the 'Let's have a functioning squad' way

It's been a pretty grim day hasn't it?

Can you show me this new found wealth we have? Do you have access to Everton's bank balance? Do you see a credit from a Mr Moshiri for £100,000,000?

If so please post a pic or it didn't happen.

Well I asked you first, and you parried. So I assume you don't have any proof of your claim.

You ask for a view of everton's bank balance as proof of wealth? That's a completely neanderthal view. Investment is about commitment and intent. There is a structure in place for Moshiri to increase his stake to 75% based on capital and other commitments that me makes. Do you have any clue about that? Have you ever invested in a company? If so did you agree to give your money to them freely and without any commitment from them or potential return? If they didn't show that, would you still invest your money? Do you seriously think that people randomly throw large amounts of money into things without a plan or an expectation of reasonable return? Do you not believe that people - entrepreneurs - can have desires to improve things and build and grow them for mutual benefit?

How's life in the cave mate?
