Listening to that there's 0 chance he's coming here, this isn't being negative, it sounds like he'll have plenty of options in the summer, so why would he decide to sign for a team in the bottom half of the league, who will probably pay him much less money than others, and no European football, it'd be mad really.

Probably because RM says, you rarely get value and have to pay over the odds in January.

We prob wouldn't have got such a good price for Naismith in the summer.

I think we'll still try buying someone but it could just be RM thought the offer was too good to turn down and will hold on to the bulk of the money until the summer unless some really good deal for a player pops up.
