Fernandinho is still bossing midfield in his 30s, and I honestly rate him higher than Kante at CDM (ready for the hate from the FIFA nerds)

Fernandinho really isn't doing that anymore. Last year he did at times, but this season he has almost exclusively played CB because of the injuries they've had. And they spent a record fee on Rodri to replace him because they knew toward the end of last season that his legs were gone.

Coutinho has already stated previously he wouldn’t play for anyone in the prem bar Liverpool. I think he knows that if he went back on that and made it even worse by playing for us the threats he would get would be unbelievable.

I cant understand why he and Gattuso have fallen out...he seems the ideal player to fit in there.

Very hard to say what deal would make sense for ua here...ideally 3 years with a 1 year option extension.

Seems like Gattuso has fallen out with a couple of players at Napoli, Allan was ever present after Gattuso took over, dropped for a game through injury and has been on the bench ever since

Same thing happened with Alex Meret, brilliant young keeper, missed a game through injury, couple more appearances including a win over Juventus then on the bench ever since and is now quite unhappy with Gattuso
