Honestly dont get this opinion:

Arsenal game aside we are not scoring anywhere near enough. You can say the team dont create loads of chances which is true however sometimes you have to make your own chances aswell.

I think there's a bit of a reach here mate. Post lockdown goals are down massively across the board. We have 2 players who score currently, and both need to get a bit sharper but they are getting chances.

Clearly though, Ancelotti is looking to build from the back. We look very well drilled without the ball. Over time we need to add more goals but over the next year or so, if we can become harder to beat and more brittle in that formation then it will be a big move forward.

Jimenez has proven his worth over 2 seasons DCL hasn't.

And my point still stands - Brands can still sign a top CF even if DCL is one it isn't against the rules.

He also takes penalties so it’s a similar record. I also think Richarlison has got just as

DCL cost 1.5mil? He cost 38mil. Euros. And is 29.

At DCL age he was scoring 1 in 21 at Atlético Madrid. Then the next 3 averaging 1 in 4 for Benfica in the Portuguese league.

Yes he’s done well at wolves, been fortunate that they’ve had a very settled team. But would I want Everton to pay 38mil euros for a 28 yr old with not a great goal scoring record. No thanks

Our midfield is seriously awful. Davies needs shipping out on loan or selling. None of this ‘he’s a local lad and a blue’ - nah mate, it’s dreadful. With Scniederlin gone, Delph either not arsed or constantly injured and Gbamin’s legs made of Jenga we need at least 2 CM’s coming in to have any chance of breaking into the top 6 next season.

Leicester have won 4/16 since January and since the restart they have been pretty appalling we won’t need much to get above them

I don't think we are that far from either. I mean which 9 Wolves or Leicester players start for us?

Since Silva left, in the 16 games we would be above both of them. We had a poor manager, we now have an exceptional one.

If we were to win at Wolves we could even catch them. I think they are workmanlike but not an awful lot more than that (though neither are we).
