I'd only go for 4 outfield targets and a new keeper in the summer.

1 x Centre Half
1 x Right back
1 x Central Midfielder
1 x Right Wing/Inside Right Forward

1 x Goalkeeper

We have signed way too many players recently. We need to let our younger players showing promise continue to develop. We need quality over quantity. And we need to leave open the pathway for other young players.

This will do me, Don't see us signing a keeper though unless Huddersfield buy Lossl back.

Let’s hope JJK continues to develop at Schalke. Holgate has looked a different player this year after his year playing week in week out in the championship. The bundesliga is a better standard of football. If JJK is retained it would allow us to reinvest money in other areas of the team.

He was when he was with us, but Holgate wasn’t exactly setting the world alight before he went out on loan. He might not have developed at all, but somehow I think he’ll be a better player for the experience in Germany.

I never thought he was bad here but he's not really pulled up trees. He's solid defensively the same way Coleman is but he's not very fast and his crossing is piss poor. Sure he effectively costs us nothing to keep but I want far more than he offers at full-back.
