Sadly I just feel like the writing is on the wall - we're clearly one of the three worst teams in the league and its primarily down to the fact that we're incapable of scoring goals.

I thought we were awful in both final thirds. Shocking lack of quality and basic errors in defence

Simple facts...................no strikers will cost us quite a lot of games. Thelwell and the board have cost us big style. Our performance was not that bad and we competed but when you cannot take chances because we haven't bought any that can then it will always be an uphill struggle.
Coady does nevertheless need to be called out for bad defending for the 2nd goal that killed us

Simms was available and did more in 3 min than Maupay in 70.
