Because they want to play expansive pretty football at Goodison, but can't because they are technically poor...

When they play away, they don't play expansively, just sit compact, defend, and counterattack.

We do this better, because we are a so technically inept, so why not do that at Goodison too?
We’ve got 8 points at home (W2, D2, L5, 18th best) and 7 points away (W1, D4, L4, 14th best) so while we get more draws away from home, points wise it’s about equal.

What can one say ? Out thought, out played, out managed, awful up top not just the owner, all the hangers on below are not helping.

We have been heading this way in truth since Moyes left, suffered from poor managers, poor signings. It has been an accumulation of bad decisions.
We were OK until Moshiri created a DOF post - then a succession of managers, never the Everton way ..... Marco Silva is a shining example of not being given enough time ...... Ancelotti well he was headhunted back for European football .....

Defense looked punch drunk.
Been playing against the ropes all season and finally gave way.
At some stage you have to start landing punches of your own.
A coincidence that Davies was back?

Davies came in for Onana.

DCL is hardly match fit. Presumably Godfrey was rested for Friday. Gordon and Garner are out through illness and injury.

And now Patterson is out with a cartilage injury!

Just realised B&HA played us off the park while arguably missing one of their best players in trossard, while another, mac allister, played the last few minutes.

We have two good young full backs -they were run ragged
We have two seasoned solid centre backs -they were run ragged
We have three good centre midfielders -shame only one played and he had a brain fart
We have one good fit scoring centre forward -he didn't play until the unfit one was hooked
We have four mediocre wingers -one played last night and one ran around ,we have another that has had his head turned and cannot play as he has a cold

It seems as though they are meeting with Lampard today and bringing an axe but he hasn't had much of a chance , what he has had he has not done very well
As a blue I want someone who will do better , as a football fan I would like to see what their intentions are with transfers before they make the decision ,if the DOF does indeed make the final decision on transfers .
If he stays he has to buck up as this attitude of " This match is not a must win when we have x games left ". This must filter down to the players .

Worst thing Everton did was to get rid of big Sam was never given a chance even after pulling us out the crap
The manager the board need to go
Big Sam got us to 8th higher than ancelloti. He never gets credit for that. That's why my choice is Sean dyche. He has his team's very disciplined and takes no crap, he would give those squad a proper kick up the arse . I mean dyche is a big Sam type.
