Was not impressed with him at all yesterday. Good header for the goal of course, but he gets outmuscled by everyone, seems to panic on the ball and can't hold it up to save his life.

Whatever he did when he first arrived, it's becoming apparent it was a clear and utter fluke

Cant argue with that. Not good enough for us. Pure and simple.

Absolutely magnificent win, despite Chelski missing chances - it made me think why the heck did Mourinho let Lukaku go out on loan in the first place - on yesterday's display he wouldn't have much competition; cant wait to see him in our side

It just looked like a facsimile of the set up for his United goal...far post chip; headed back and over the GK; Naismith where Fellaini was. Thought it warranted the comparison.

Hopefully this was a knock back rather than a poor choice to go for goal.

No mention of how well we had played and fought though. Even Fergie (in his later years at least) would praise us for our performances after beating his team.

Why didn't we get a nice pat on the head? At the very least a banner saying 'well done, underdogs'.

I'd be more inclined to believe Sky's stats than those of Opta today. Chelsea had us under siege in the second half. Howard is level pegging with Naismith for our MotM in my opinion.

Howard was poor. Made one very good save from Ramires early doors but flapped and nearly presented Eto'o with an open goal. He really really could do with replacing.

He is a decent header of the ball, though, or at least my recollection has been he guides headers. I'd be surprised if he hadn't gone up on each occasion with the idea of looping it over the keeper.

I thought so too. Calling it for it from my seat, Howard bottled it; in fairness only thing he really got wrong. Very good reffing performance.

Very impressed yesterday. Barry deserved MOM. I was really not expecting too much when I heard the team before kick off but
a good all round performance. This should really give them a lift and make them realise that we can beat any team in this league on our day.

I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt because of his previous work at Rangers with Naismith.
