We should maybe keep Eto´o on the bench until, like many have said before me, mid second half. Otherwise I´d be very happy to see Lukaku as right inside forward with Samuel up front.,

This game is more important than Tuesday's in my opinion. Full strength here, weakened on Tuesday, full strength again for the derby.

Totally agree, having seen the so called big boys there's nothing there that scares me, we just need self belief, we have the ability and the players to finish top four. Oh and don't ruin my weekend by not winning so far its been great. I am typing this half cut so forgive any rambling.

The ones we need to think about resting are the players who are unquestionably in our strongest eleven, barring injury or fatigue. They're the ones we need to play 50-odd games this season if we're to make a mark in the cups. In my eyes that's Howard, Coleman, Jagielka, Baines, McCarthy, Barry, Mirallas, and Lukaku.

You can't rest them all at once of course, but for Palace I'd have a serious think about benching Barry. We've got real depth in centre midfield and it'd be a waste not to use it. Darron Gibson's as safe a pair of hands as you'll find and Palace are [Poor language removed].

As much as I love him Naismith will get a rest when Ross returns, so I'm quite happy for him to run himself into the ground every match for the time being. Oviedo coming back will allow us to give Bainesy a breather too. I despair for Seamus though if we don't bring in a proper backup in January. Tyrone Mears can't come quick enough.

I really think we need to make a couple of changes unless we're planning on playing a totally different team against Swansea midweek.

Haha quality. Him and his mate look like synthetic bad guy characters from D!ck Tracey or Sin City. The baldy one is obviously his bitch though as he drops to give his master a BJ! Also the lid with the bins at the front must taken a the bus in 1982 then ended up at Selhurst!
lol lol

We never get one-week injuries do we?

Pienaar has been missing for seemingly ages and has no return date in sight. Barkley also, Oviedo and Kone both out for yonks, Gibson was out for a whole year, then going back a bit further Arteta.. Jagielka... Yakubu...

my guess is martinez is going to save the team switch for the cup vs swansea

maybe atsu and besic start then

i hope we keep up this exciting momentum, pumped to watch the game in the pub tomorrow

Bet it cheers you up to know that Osman seems virtually indestructible, him being a favourite player of yours ;)
