Here's the reality for all the bedwetters:

- We played well and should have won comfortably
- We made several good chances through good play
- We did not concede many chances
- There were good performances from key players
- We have a chronic problem with bad finishing
- Jordan Pickford's passing is one of the biggest problems we have

Cos the only other argument is "CaNon ShoUldve PlaYed" even though he's been dogger all pre season, and is about to be sent on loan.

People are losing it over the wrong reasons.

We can score last season. We can't score this season. The squad hasn't changed. The same will happen.
Christ. If that's what you think, I reckon Dyche could be nailing your partner and you still wouldn't criticise him.

He doesn't have a clue how to manage games or affect positive changes. Even if he picks Maupay (and God knows why he would) he should have hooked hima t half time.

Dyche says "don't put me in a box" and then proceeds to fo everything you would expect of him.

It wasn't dreadful but it's old old story that we are all sick of hearing.

Positive in terms of chances created.

Papers will say well done fulham where they should have got nothing from this nothing at all. But that doesn't matter we still sat here missing three points

I'm shaking my head. We're a football club that has nil satis nis optimum as its motto might as well have either de ja vu or groundhog day as its motto.

I'm pissed off with the such a tame performance it's the same as last season when we effectively wrote off the first few games of the season 'without having
a striker'. The football club are wholly responsible for this. Negligence from Kevin Thelwell and the rest of the board.

I think there were decent parts to our play at times, but losing at home to Fulham is always a poor result. There aren't many easier games in this league. Defeat against Villa next week and already the season looks like a huge slog.

Oh well. Writing was on the wall with all those missed chances.
Only small positive is that there are deffo two worst teams than us in Luton and Sheff United who will take the bottom two spots comfortably.

More than likely going to be a fight over that third spot with a number of teams including us. League is weaker than last season thankfully.

A defeat that teaches us absolutely nothing we did not know already.

Dyche is able to set the team up to put them in a position to win games - almost regardless of who is on the pitch. But the players currently available to us are simply not of high enough quality to regularly execute the plan and win games.

If we're not able to put out a team stronger than this, we will be right in the mix.
But add 2-3 better players in and you feel we could be comfortbaly midtable.

Dyche did everything right until he didn’t. Another missed opportunity for him to make changes when needed most. This is on the players too though.

Other than perhaps bnringing on Danjuma earlier (who by the way missed the target with teh keeper 18yards out of goal).

What would you have changed?

Options are Gomes, Dobbin, Cannon. (Two of which are kids, who are not, in my opinion ready at all)

In isolation I’d be content to write that off as ‘one of those games’ but in the wider context of the last two seasons, the shower of spineless bottle jobs we have will have their rings tweeting like a 05:30 morning chorus after a result like that.
