No. We can still finish higher than RS. It's all we have to play for now, and that's SAD, but at least it is something. If the guys have any pride left, in fact if their pride is really HURTING now, as it should be, they'll go for it, all out.

They should of still been hurting after the 3-0 last month, but no effect today.... Can't see a go for it, all out scenario somehow - more like a good bumming at old trafford next week and a poor season fizziling out into customary mediocrity...

yeah im a big fan of lambert, always said it hes done wonders with a terrible norwich squad, his football isnt too attractive but he wins, and the attractiveness will probs be better if he was working with our players anyway. I would have loved martin o'neill as well terrific manager, look at the way he spotted mclean straight away and how he's been a revelation. What happened to the moyes that brought through rooney and vaughan, we had 2 of the 3 youngest scorers in premier league history ffs
He got too friendly with too many players - Cahill, Saha, Arteta, Pienaar, Neville, Jagielka, Hibbert and Osman. Too many times the team has been set with this in mind. I was therefore mighty pleased when Saha and Arteta were sold, they had been playing really bad, but kept their place.

Despite not having any money, I still believe we have some good players that we can build the team around. Baines, Heitinga, Gibson, Fellaini and Jelavic are all at a good age and playing consistently well. Vellios, Barkley, Duffy, Rodwell and Coleman (as right back should be given more chances and not be doomed to hell when they make a single mistake.

Someone like Lambert puts faith in youth and plays people on how well they perform - take Morison as an example. He played well and was preferred to Holt, when his performances dipped he was benched and Holt given a starting chance. At the beginning of the season Lambert said he would rather put faith in young, talented and hungry players from the lower leagues than paying over the hill for last-paycheck PL experienced players.

If Moyes was ever going to leave it will be in the remainder of the season, or the summer I think.

Moyes wont be going anywhere mate. He's just not good enough for a top job as he keeps on proving.

We're stuck with him and his moaning arse gob and his brand of anti-football.

To make it 1.1 with half an hour to play.

Caragher made an error in the first half, yet they won the game.

You dont score, you dont win. At 1.1 youre in the game, 30minutes to score.

The whole team **** it. The minute the second half kicked off, every Everton player bottled it.

Do think Distin lost us the game? Seriously? At 1.1? Not the whole team?

You are talking out of your arse.

Well said, totally agree.

I'm no longer mad because I'm now done with David Moyes...good luck to the rest of you.

same here calm down now couldn't give a sh.t if he stays or goes still will follow and love EFC
just will have to go along as the little club that punch above their weight every season in which we do
sad but true.

On the brightside - in a parallel universe - we won 6-0 - jelavic got 5 and Hibbo came on in the 90 minute to instigate the long overdue riot..... and on the final whistle KKK Dogliesh was carted off in a ambulance in a straight jacket.....
I'm happy for the GOT' ers in that universe.....

Unfortunalety I inhabit this one

How does one susbscribe to this parallel universe? Sounds alright there like.....

I've calmed down now, just sad. I really thought today could be our day. How gullible of me.

I want Moyes to leave. Simply because Everton bore me as a team; the way we always bend over for them; the way we always sit back when we go ahead; the way we're always **** until January and then have a second half of the season resurgance.

I want change, purely for something to be excited about for once.
