Yeah totally agree. While City fully deserved it we didn't help ourselves by giving possession away too easily, yet keeping possession is supposed to be a cornerstone of the Martinez philosophy and something they spend a lot of time working on in training.
You can't blame Martinez for players who give the ball away cheaply!

I don't think Galloway was poor today, I think he was targeted as a weak point and exploited as such, he played bloody well while he could.
Nah...

He was terrible. He got a dry bumming time and time again. If he's played well, we rightfully acknowledge it. Vice versa if he's played like turd, he needs to know.

He got a roasting and didn't have a clue what was going on.

Course it is, there front players have some of the best movement in the game. Can't really blame our defensive unit for not knowing whether to stick or twist

You seem unable to accept any constructive suggestions on how our defence might improve so there is no point in discussing this any further.

We don't pass the ball well enough for Bob to set so much store by possession, Ed.

That midfield needs to be bypassed more often to get the best out of Lukaku.

I am not advocating hoofball, just a commonsense approach of mixing it up a bit and playing to our strengths and doing what worked so well at Saints last week.

He wasn't terrible, he was just up against a very very good player that knew how to exploit his weakness and lack of support.
Just because someone played better than you, doesn't mean you played bad
