Haha, need a tissue lad? Look, dress it up however you want, the only thing that should matter is Everton winning and bettering our points tally. If you can't stand Liverpool so much that you're prepared for them to fail at the detriment of us then maybe you should join some sort 'Liverpool hate' group, it probably suits your priorities more. Of course it doesn't affect us as a club, why would it? Of course their fans will go on about it but they already go on so much about their fecking history that it doesn't matter.

We're not a small club, we don't exist to hinder Liverpool, we are a club in our own right and we win games for ourselves.

Is your hatred of them really that large that you want us to lose games? Really?
Magnificent post.

These RS idiots who think it wasnt a good atmosphere today want to hear what Goodision was like for 75% of the season, ok it wasnt as good as the Derby, UTD or Arsenal but it was still good. Dont forget we had nothing left to play for, last week at the tin mine that title was still an option but you could hear a pin dropping down the mine shaft!

What exactly does bettering the points total accomplish? Even if we won the last two matches we could have had 75 points and still not be in champions league. Points is a misnomer, your league placement is paramount.

Haha this is brilliant - the guy far right with the norway beanie on lol has to be a kopite surely?
.
Yeah i can see where Tyler is coming from now. Spot on tbf...

No one celebrating here. I mean look at the little kid under Barkleys arm. This is probably what RAWK as seen, it makes sense

Considering the "atmosphere" of the corresponding fixture at Anfield consisted of booing every touch and cheering Toure's injury, I can understand their frustration. We certainly didn't match their high standards.

Joe Hart the difference really. That save from Naismith changed the game.

Was great to watch Ross Barkley be Ross Barkley again, while Stones and McCarthy were typically excellent.

Let's snot Hull, get busy in the transfer market, enjoy a World Cup and get ready for a special season.

I must admit that the result and the manner in which it was achieved sits very comfortably with me. We gave the other lot hope right to the very last minute while we gave Shitty one hell of a fright. Dignity intact, 5th and Europa League footy in the bag, the sh*te's title hopes dented..all in all a good day. With hand on heart, how many on here think that we are ready for the vigors of Champs League footy? I'm more than happy for us to cut our teeth in the Europa League next season which I think we'll give a really good shake. Slow and steady progress is the best way forward.

After that performance, surely we get respect from all that is holy,, ffs!!

We threw everything at Citeh, so fck off ya RS conspirceeeess bastards!!!

If they do balls this title up, it will live in my memory that it was that DJ bothering bellend

diving cnut was responsible. But nah, those bleedin dopes will insist on a statue outside the

the hill of piss because of Istanbul, but if he gets to lift a PL we as blues will never get a

minutes peace from the mutants,,,, so fck them!

You really are thick, aren't you? You're telling me a Liberpewl win won't affect our club? They don't operate in mutually exclusive vacuums and you ought to know that, if you indeed live in the city. They win a championship, we get pushed right back into their shadows as the media will be falling all over themselves trying to outfap each other. They'll have that much better chance to bring in more money thanks to the increased exposure, while we won't get anything more than an afterthought. That's why in this case an Everton loss doesn't rankle as much.
Read that again, because they're a subtle difference that obviously eluded your grasp -- it's not that I or anyone else wanted Everton to lose, it's rather in this case we're not as arsed about it, given the circumstances.
No proper fan wants us to lose ever. Liverpool winning the title will benefit our club too bringing more focus and attention to the city. Anyone who wants us to lose a game just to hinder the reds is a bitter fool.
