This was a big opportunity for our club/fans ffs put a shift in it's about winning things not about finishing a bit higher in the league

Sometimes it’s not mentality, it’s quality. You can’t put slow bottom half players out against some of the top players in Europe and expect them to get the best of them. Maybe in a league game when they’re not up for it but I’m a big cup game Davies and Sigurdsson are not going to better Pogba Fernandes Van Der Beek. It’s just not going to happen. Keane is not going to shackle Cavani. You can’t replace quality, and all of our quality is, as usual, in the treatment room.

Until we improve the medical department at the club we won’t win anything ever. When City Liverpool United Chelsea turn up at the big games they have all their big players on the pitch. We had nearly all of ours missing and then another one went off.

End of the day, if Allan, Digne, and James are fit for that it’s a different game. Their winner shouldn’t have been on the pitch, arguably neither should Fernandes

Cavani shouldn’t have been on the pitch but the better team won.

Our team just doesn’t have the depth that some of these more established teams do and that shows despite the fact that they have a manager who is poor.

We have so much deadwood to clear in this squad that it’s going to be a difficult year or two until they are all gone piece by piece.

Bernard - not up to anything like the standard.

Gomes - slow and poor in every area

Siggy - always seems a yard too late to reach the ball for me. The ball breaks loose and you think it’s his but he can never quite get there.

Tosun - you may as well bring that iPad on that DCL walked out with as while he can finish, he moves like Hes been put in cement

All of Everton’s bright moments in that game, and there weren’t many, had Sigurdsson at the heart of them. He did well defensively too, for the most part. I do not think he was brilliant, but he was the best of a bad group.

Meh. For once I'm saying wish that game had VAR, Cavani would have been off and the game would have probably gone penalties at the minimum.

Other than that, Fernandes is a rat snide for pushing Richarlison into getting concussed pretty much.

Feel that we should have kept Holgate in or at least played him in middle instead of Gomes.

United probably deserved to win though, they looked better with Rashford and Martial on the pitch. I'd have been happy taking them to penalties though, as they have been very in form lately.

Let's get back on track in the league with 3 pts against Sheffield Utd!

I've just played it back and paused it, Sigurdsson has it just outside the Man U box, he goes to play a pass but it goes to a man U player and they break away. Just to back it up the player who plays the pass has number 10 on the back of his shirt and the commentator says poor ball from Sigurdsson. lol

Can’t tell if this is sarcasm or not. It was Tosun... Gylfi was in the box and the player who gives it away (Tosun) runs back and you can clearly see it’s him when they score.
