Really poor all round. A bit of huff and puff at the end but we couldn't get near them apart from that. I really hope Lampard calls them out on it because they let themselves down today.

Two difficult away games coming up now which can kill whatever momentum we were building.

We looked like we'd been on the ale, a bad night at the office, it's a rarity (I hope) utd aint all that, and we're both carrying some unfit. Not happy but been more gutted before. Thought we'd nick it at the end with all those headers, need some Cahill magnetic-magic. Nice to see the novelty of var fall our way. Yeah midfield off the edge tonight, ball wouldn't break for us. Didn’t look like getting back into it until the last 5 and by then it was too little too late. Think we got carried away after West Ham and Southampton. United didn’t have to come out of first gear for most of the game. Spurs up next away. Let’s not think we are too good again to get sucked back down near the bottom. Anything clear of relegation represents a step forward given the mess we have been in the last year or so.

Said when everyone was pining for him - proper Kenwright signing that. Based purely on sentiment. Brilliant as he was for us before - hes half the player now and been cruising in a one team league for a couple if years.

Really hope Im proven wrong but early signs are definitely "meh"


Anyway - the match.... we handed it to em in the first half. Decent in the second and they are in good form. But feel they really have a soft underbelly if put under pressure (as we did in the last 5 as usual). Dissapointing but expected a point at best anyway.

We need to be more confident now - we still play like we had Rafael's defense when we could be playing a higher game with more confidence

Really felt we needed a result from this. Zero points coming up from the next two games. Richy WILL net against us.

Maybe the social media team at EFC should wait until we're actually in the top half before giving it 'all that'

We're in trouble now. Big trouble. Those points dropped to Forest, Villa, Brentford and Leeds could prove fatal.

I laughed at this originally but honestly I think people need reminding we are just a few months away from an absolutely awful team and even if new signings seem to be doing well so far, there’s no guarantees that continues.

I personally am not worried, but I won’t blame anybody expecting the worst to happen from this club

1st half cost us badly. Not at the races at all despite taking an early lead.

2nd half was an improvement but not enough of an improvement.
Some very poor performances. I actually thought we would dominate the midfield but it was the other way around.
We got taught a harsh lesson in crisp passing and movement for much of that game but we are a work in progress.
Garner had an impressive cameo
