If we do this against the rs they will hammer us. Got to try and control games not just wait for counter attacks.

We need to be in the faces of opponents, not sit back especially at home. Thank God we got that win but Frank has to get offensive not simply defensive and waiting for a counter.

Sorta agree that we can't always have a tiny share of possession and still garner loads of points , but seriously doubt that we're capable of controlling a game against any side in tbe top third of this league, at least. I'd be more than happy to be proved wrong, though.

“Just control the game at Anfield,” sounds great. But eventually plans need to be carried out, and how the hell would we manage that?

This must be the worst Manu that has ever turn up at Goodison. But, we made them look poor, by constantly getting amongst them and 10 behind the ball. That type of performance is what is need from now on in. It's going to be easier to play this way at home, but away get 10 behind and frustrate Liverpool, Leicester and Arsenal away - a big ask for the away games. That result, and Burnley getting beat, massively lifts the morale. We're not out of the woods by a long way but edging closer.

Hi everyone, i'm an Evertonian from Italy. I'm going to be there this weekend for my 17th time ad Goodison Park in 12 years. Even with all the pain they cause me in recent years, I'm always find a solution to travel and watch 2 or 3 game in a season. I'm coming again after all the COVID problems finally this past October and they stun me with a disgusting 5-2 defeat with Watford. I'm started to loose hype month after month, they don't deserve supporters like us, especially like me that put a lot of money every time for the long trip. But inside of me ther's a little hope, I want to believe that this weekend they will repay me in some way, I wanna feel a Goodison experience like never before and cry for joy, not for waste another journey....
I hope to see Begovic in goal, he put a lot of confidence in the defence last time, I'm scared that Pickford is one of the main problem of lack of confidence and a real weakness in the corner.

Told you guys! What an amazing gift! Just what I need. Even if was my 17th time ad Goodison, this time was no doubt about it the gratest atmosphere ever lived there. I will never forget!

I wouldn't mind cashing in on Dom you know. He's been good for us but definitely isn't the killer striker we need. Would definitely mourn Richy leaving more than DCL. Problem is he's had a dead season so we may need to wait till after the World Cup.
He's still young and full of potential.

We could always swap him for the veteran Kane.
