How that blind linesman didn't give that we'll never know.......

Everyone behind the lineo is celebrating a goal because they clearly can see the ball over the line. Maybe the linesman can't see because he is a short, rotund turd and can't see over the corner flag.

2 clear goals disallowed is some going, from my viewpoint which is Top Balcony, you could see Felli was onside and the ball had clearly crossed the line from Victor's header. We deserved the win overall, but the defending from Jagielka and Neville for the second equaliser was very poor.

Why can't we get lucky just for once. The one on the line could have bobbled into Anichebe on the rebound and bundled in or something, or Ba could have messed up his second goal. Every time. ****ing Everton.

Pienaar still can't shoot. He had two chances which should have at least been on target and one of which was a simple slot and he f***ed them both right up. I swear he misses one golden chance every game.

The frustrating thing about it is that he's one of our best players, but i just wish he could shoot with some degree of consistency and accuracy, it's infuriating.

I was saying to my mate, I could possibly just about stomach one close call in a game, but two like that which we literally both clear as day, it's hard not to think the referee had been paid off.

We haven't had anyone that can shoot from outside the box since kachelskis

Having had time to de-fume and reflect, it was an excellent attacking performance overall but a sh*te defensive one. If it wasn't for the officials we would have gotten away with the latter.

Thought Moyes got it wrong...

...First of all Heitinga should have played rather than Neville in midfield. Then when Jelavic got injured it shouldn't have been Anichebe on, we should have brought on someone who wouldn't change how we play - like Naismith and put Mirallas upfront. Despite the fact Anichebe was quite good (compared to usual) we played awful when he came on, it was constantly hoof, Peinaar/Baines partnership just didnt look the same without Jelavic joining in every now and then etc...

...Anyway after that sub, we looked alright, but when we came out in the second half we looked so slow and poor - I have no clue what was said at half time but I'd imagine it was something like "relax, this is in the bag". Plus Ba coming on changed ALOT, Neville became even more isolated in midfield from the centre backs, we were forced to hoof it up more, Jagielka had abit of a slip up, Distin had abit of a slip up, looked like a completely different side to the first half.

The subs were the most illogical thing for me though. I mean, Naismith coming on had to happen, but I really don't know why Neville stayed on the pitch past 60 minutes and Osman stayed on the pitch past 70 minutes both were having shockers (Neville all game, Osman in the second half). Also, Mirallas taken off? He was the most lively midfielder at the time and thats what we needed.

I really don't know what Heitinga has done to Moyes, but he was our best player last season, and this season Neville is playing ahead of him, and Distin still won't get dropped after his awful on the line clearance attempt.

Oh and yeah the referee got it wrong quite alot, but at the end of the day we conceded two shocking goals which we shouldn't have.

On the plus side, the first half was boss...needed another goal ideally, but still. Mirallas looked quality but maybe a tiny bit selfish (thinking of when he could have played in Jelavic on goal but instead had a shot), we made some great chances for Pienaar, Osman, Jagielka and Anichebe, scored 3 or 4 good quality goals (despite them not being allowed) so you have to take the positives.

He'd be one of the best players in the world and wouldn't play for us if he could though.

True. We scored 4 good goals, hit the post and had numerous other good chances, but when they attacked we did look shaky down the middle.

The refs really won the game for them. Having 2 goals disallowed and the defence just making dumb mistakes really killed us... Damn we miss Gibson...

On a more positive side, Mirallas started on the wing and showed us glimpse of what a winger with pace skills can do for us. I think he played well but with Baines and Pienaar running the show he didnt have enough of the ball to make a difference.
