I want to middle finger you but not YOU, just that weapon.

Christ, can just one of these managers come out and speak sensible? They all tow the company line constantly ffs.
Today seems like the afternoon for middle fingers, my friend @Death just got one from me so feel free lol

Now you know why I was annoyed by those comments.

People, hate to be a killjoy but we've seen this all before. Newcastle, Fulham, Leeds. Teams we should beat turn us over with consummate ease. First goal is pivotal. I'd bench DCL and keep Richy up top in truth. He's 1000% better there than on the left.
Agree. Two up front? Richy off DCL?

It's our inconsistency that always gets me: expectations of winning that are soon washed away by a desperate performance; we then go and beat a top team.

Without ignoring our poor home form, it's been a positive to see us winning at Spurs, the RS and getting a draw at United, where we'd normally be rubbish.

If Carlo can break the voodoo of places like the Emirates (still never won!) and Stamford Bridge, I trust him to be able to rekindle our usual good form at home.

A confident win against Southampton would be a good start to help build momentum.
Partly a mentality thing partly a personnel thing. Carlo has rotated too much at home to the so called lesser teams. Also we still haven't had a midfield (without Allan) that can compete and break the press at home. Lastly the players don't seem as switched on at home against teams they are expected to beat. We need to change it fast if we want to get anything out of this season.

I'm looking forward to beating Southampton, specially after reading the comments their manager has made against our Blues. Plus it is time to send a message to the lower teams that we are a new force to deal with and it would be nice to finally win a game at home. Many reasons why we should win on Monday and I have faith we will!
He’s the Alpine Klopp and a bad bellend. Hope we smash them for this exact same reason

Same as the other 19 teams.

Right, which is why we've picked more up away from home than expected and less than expected at home. It kind of balances out, strangely. (At least, for what we are used to, although I still suspect we'd have been better than usual away from home under Carlo).
