Which one of you is "upthetoffees" on their forum . They seem to not be our biggest fans and not happy we don't rate alpine klopp the crying gimp.
Just had a read haha, lets flood the forum with evertonians after what names they called to our friend, they will love it! Here's the forum:

Finally back to full strength.

Pickford
Coleman Keane Godfrey Digne
Doucouré Allan Davies
James DCL Richarlison

Davies over Gomes based on form
Coleman over Holgate as we need an attacking right full back

Read through.. always interesting to read the other side.
points to note:
Most feel we are going to hammer them... I remember comments like that v Villa beginning of last season and we got beaten..
Most are clinging to the Fulham win, which they have every right to.

can’t say our toffee brother wrapped himself In glory that side. Came out slinging and offensive on another teams turf...

They have a poster called Egg .. any relation @Eggs

one poster said he has a nephew as a bench sitter so watches us a lot. Wonder who that is. His write up for me was head and shoulders the best so far. here it is:

I've been watching Everton a lot recently, as my nephew has been a regular bench-sitter for the first team for the last few games. They have better quality than us in most positions, and Ancelotti has got them well organised, but their home form has been poor of late with defeats to Newcastle and then Fulham.
I think the key will be to play like we did against Chelsea and defend a little deeper inviting them onto us a bit. They're not all that going forward and if we can shut off the supply to Calvert-Lewin then they don't have much else in the way of threat except Richarlison, who is a very hot and cold player who is prone to sulking when things don't go his way.
I'd be tempted to start Tella again alongside Armstrong in the AM positions, with Ings and Adams up front. He's got something about him and the Everton CBs aren't the most mobile. Watching their game against Man City last week, Keane just stood completely still and let Silva take a touch and shoot for their third goal. He made no attempt to put in any kind of block. That's a weakness we need to exploit.
We just can't keep up with this pattern of going full intensity for the first 45 minutes and fading so badly in the second half. We need to be a little more patient and manage the game better over 90 mins, and then we might get something out if it. I find it alarming that Ralph can't see this.

My own two cents:
Teams are broken up into 3 categories:
Everton
Teams I hate
Teams I don’t
Saints fall into teams I don’t. I felt for many years they had the best academy in the country and give youth a real chance with quite a few starts.. only for the RS and Arsenal (mostly) and some others always swooping in and reaping what they sewed.. of course they could have shown more ambition and just said no.. but that’s not realistic and they knew it.

its curious if they feel they mustn’t play this full on offensive style as we really are not a team that enjoys a hard press. I feel it could work in there favor.

we will be a different proposition with Godfrey next to Keane with real pace in the middle of defense . We have threats all over the park.. if we play to them.

i just can’t imagine we will play the same way we did those other home games. We are almost at full strength and have to try to show some sort of willingness to play and own the match. If we score early and then keep playing we could run riot.. but we have to keep up the intensity for 90 mins... there is still some ways to go but it feels like the home stretch now for the season.. there aren’t going to be many chances to make up throwing away points.

I think this will be tougher than many think - last couple of times we’ve played them they’ve been markedly the better side. They’re in poor form but some of the games ive seen of them of late they haven’t looked too bad.

Agree. And a mixture of how we struggle at home because basically our set up suits tucking in. And two the mentality. Was there a conscious feeling that fulham and newcastle were a guarenteed 3 points. A turn up and we have the points?
Are we good enough to play offensive fullbacks and be more open?
Its so hard to call what Everton will turn up at home.
