One of the worse performances I've seen in at least 10 years. We're even worse than last season, we were 1-0 down from 92 minutes we didn't get close to scoring. There's absolutely no passion or desire from the players or our increasingly frustrating manager. It was a disgraceful performance, we took 3300 fans including my dad down there today and we reward their loyalty with this dire performance. In my opinion Koemann just doesn't look interested, it's seems he just views us as a stepping stone to Arsenal or Barcelona. I never thought it would miss Moyes, but at least you could rely on them to defend crosses, and put balls into the box. I think the derby before Christmas will decide his fate, with quite a few fans bevvied if we serve up this tripe against Klopp the atmosphere will be toxic. I can take losing but the lose without any fight or any effort to get back into the game is unforgivable. When will there be a day when we have a manager who actually loves our club, and understands the passion and hopes our loyal supporters. Far too many players get away with being crap week in week out, Coleman, Jags, Williams, Baines, Mirallas, Deulofeu, McCarthy, Barkley, and Bolaise. Sadly we're no better no than we were under Martinez, we are no closer to success than we were when Moyes left.

Absolute garbage. No leader in midfield and they aren't even trying to look interested. We need to get rid of a lot of dead wood and make about 6 signings, very scary seeing as though we couldnt even manage a few in the whole summer. Another wasted season.

RK can clearly see that Ross is lazy and useless seeing as though he dropped him a few times this season. Leave him dropped and play Davies who will play his heart out every week.

Played 442 and Barry and Gana are not good enough as the centre midfield. No creativity. Barkley is not a forward. He is poor with his back to goal. He dominates midfield when playing from a deeper role. Baines still not the player he was.

Goodison should be a cesspit of hate next Sunday, the players and Koeman have been getting off to lightly in my opinion. A couple of boos at half time isn't good enough.

Sick to death of us being also rans, the club needs a major overhaul, fair play to Puel today giving that young lad his debut, it totally stirred up the crowd. We have supposedly a golden generation waiting in the wings. If they can't be better than Enner Valencia and Kevin Mirallas coming off the bench then they should pack it in.

Everything about us is stale, Jags and Baines have been around 2 long and as for playing two holding midfielders I'm ready to pull the small bit of hair I have left clean outta my head. Tippy tappy crap from the midfield, the only players who try to run at teams are Coleman and Bolasie and both have poor end product.

The whole thing stinks

Maybe mate but do they pay big wages, and do you think they are roms dream
I honestly just think he wants to leave for any decent champions league club. Plus they have been a selling club in the past and have plenty of money so he could make a good wage and treat them as a stepping stone too. They would have to pick up their form a lot to get into the qualification spots though as they're down in like 14th or something.

I must be the only Evertonian who wants Liverpool to qualify for the champions league as they fill my pub watching it (we go the game and all that).

So come the 19th the more goals they get the more money they will spend, every cloud has a silver lining i suppose.

Oddly enough I would rather have them in the CL rather than the EL.

They have no chance of winning the CL but as we saw last season when they came within a whisker of winning it, the EL is very much within their grasp.

So let them finish fourth in the EPL, finish second in the CL group and draw Real Madrid or Barcelona in the first knock out round ;)

Good post but a bit harsh on Seamus.....he laid in a great ball for Gana in front of a gaping goal which the latter skied

Sorry lads. Mopping up some slop with a butty. No need to make one comment about this team today just that they kept up there form up now for the past three weeks. Past disappointed. This team needs a complete overhaul.

There's no panic mate.

Genuinely.

The table doesn't lie. There's currently 13 teams that have been poorer than us this season.

We need to see some palpable change quickly though.

Happen now would be a good time to start and "panic" and take drastic action WITH THE PLAYERS HE HAS HERE AND NOW to get something from these next two months worth of fixtures before any incoming players in January......if there are any of good quality.....are signed and bedded in.

Otherwise we are going to be testicles deep in the relegation dogfight and the "panic" will really be on.

I agree with everything you say there.

That doesn't mean that it is time to panic.

Panicking never leads to good things Khal.

Not so, Toff.

"Panic" is a natural instinct in all animals and it is how we sense danger and keep ourselves alive.

Herd animals in the wild react to danger with a "fight or flight" attitude.

What we need right now is controlled panic......if such a thing is not an oxymoron and hopefully my old chum @deipnosophist will better inform us :).

Sense the danger now before we become isolated and easy prey for the predators circling us.

And act upon it right away ;)

We can't run away from it so we must roll up our sleeves and fight

He needs to try different formations with the seasoned pros.....in the absence of new players for at least six weeks to two months he might consider fetching Davies or Holgate into the team.

I seem to recall Newcastle being in a comfortable position last season before the rot set in.

Palace fell from something like 6th at Christmas the season before and just about escaped relegation in the end... @Alan Whittle might confirm that.

I feel like one of those Sandwich Board men, Toff.........."Repent, the end is nigh.....repent before it is too late" :(

(you likely never heard of a Sandwich Board man, Toff.....ask yer grandad :pint2:)
