Think most people are ignoring the grievance from Son minutes before and didnt even show this on MOTD

I don't get this 'concern' and 'empathy' for Son.
He committed a 'professional foul' with the intent of stopping Gomes in tracks.
Job done therefore, with horrendous consequences.

Why didn't Sidibe just cross that ball in at the end? There was players waiting in the box and he had the ball on his right foot ready to go in, even if he can't pick a man just get it in and it could cause a problem for Spurs but he chose to play backwards. We've got to come up with different ways to attack, just getting it out wide and floating balls in doesn't always work. We missed a no 10 today.
