roll on a week of media garbage where DM in a roundabout way will say nothing is going to change in his teams selection and set up and how he thought we were "doing alright" followed by the players telling us through the site of what we must do in the next game ......DOH !!!!!
 
What does Moyes do with Arteta at this point?

Mikel getting sent off was the goat of the game moment for me. I don't know what to do with him at this point. He seems like a swell dude, but he is adding BUPKUS right now. Zilch. Zero. Nada.

Loved that Tim wore the armband next though - he should get the call above Mikel "bonehead moves" Arteta.

Seriously. More training time? Sitting out two games? Super sub???????

Maybe sitting out the next three is a good thing as someone said earlier. I hope he trains his butt off in the meantime.

1. he has to have the armband taken from him.he cant concentrate on the team when he is putting so little concentration into his own performances.
2. he has to be put out on the wing . he is best with the ball at his feet , taking players on , putting in sublime passes , not running around just infront of the defence trying to battle his way on to the ball.he is imo our best wide man , put him out there and put felli and/or rodz in the middle.

Goat of the game moment = worst play on the pitch.

I have limited tolerance for players acting petulant. He stamped, and instead of vacating the scene, and going to help Baines, who was indeed fouled, argued with the ref and shoved other players around.

Said a lot to me when Timmy came over and just took the armband and put it on. Professional, not whining, and ready to get on with business. He knew there was a game to save.

Well do you think Arteta is that arsed? He'll be sipping Cristal with his diamond shoes on tonight.
 
I do - he seems to honestly care. I just don't know what to do with him, his form is so poor right now I just don't get it.
 
Sorry, should be clear. I think he cares for the team, for a win, and for his play. However, he is clearly frustrated as all get out, and it leads to him taking his frustrations out on the pitch and making STUPID decisions - like the stamp and arguing.

Says a lot when your teammates come to rescue you and pull you from a fight. Including your GOALKEEPER.

So did saha and others. TBH i reckon beckford looks our best striker at the moment, makes runs and has attempts on goal, saha just stands there with his hands on his head looking for a freekick everytime the ball comes to him.
I can see Beckford getting goals soon, he needs confidence, just look at bily, his confidence is shot and now looks [Poor language removed], neither have had a good run of games.

Anyway todays game was annoying to watch, i seem to always ask myself why am i an Everton fan when we play like we have been.
 
overall we have improved on our card collection but what pisses me off is our recent red cards

felli the **** did it against bolton and now arteta has done it (who has been playing [Poor language removed] anyways) and both games we were chasing
things are not right in the camp when there is a repititon of this on field
 
The starting line-up was a big surprise, which brought us a surprise result at the end, why Hibbert & Anichebe were selected ahead of Neville & Coleman? Hibbert was nothing short of being awful and only average at best for odd period, Anichebe certainly not fit or sharp enough and certainly not ready to start two game in a week.

Heitinga was not a surprise since he has been involve with our recent game, yes, he was bloody awful, but this could be fixed with Rodwell coming on. It's not as though we have injure problem why the hell we play Hibbert who hasn't started for almost two months and Anichebe should only come on for the final 20 mins,

I wasn't happy we fielded a weaker line-up than previous week, when those key player were available. Not all player has put in a good effort today but the manager must share the blame for making a wrong selection.

I wasn't trying to blame everything on Hibbert, since he started this game, then he must share the blame and all of you big Hibbert fans out there, don't even bother defending Hibbert, I won't believe a word you are saying I have been keeping a close eye on Hibbert throughout the game, and base from what I see he was awful and I am being nice already saying he was awful. Just don't make me start naming each of his mistakes throughout the game, believe me there are lots of them and it would get ugly, you can agree or disagree with me on Hibbert issue, I won't say anything more on Hibbert base on this game.

Ok. Just logged on again after getting back from a class. It was 1-0 when I left. I got totally drenched on the way home and have completed a 60 hour week. I had time for a little spat with the missus before checking the score. Lovely.
I think I might nip over to ToffeWeb coz I don't want to get banned from here.

I'm back. Far too depressing on TW. FFS!! I don't mind getting banned but I'd end up smashing the computer if I stayed on there.
