Chris long did well when he came on,maybe he could have been given a touch longer,decent effort by the lads,just need to learn when to release the ball for the pass at time's.Garbutt excellent and thought Kone did pretty well for him

About what I expected. Pienaar makes it through a whole game, which is nice. Kone gives us a three headed striking beast. Garbutt looks ready, time to give him a nice new contract. The rest of the kids look promising, but are very raw.

Bit rubbish overall. Nice for a few of them to get a runout but disappointing to lose the invincibility in Europe for the club.
Robles is just shocking, Pienaar looks old sadly, and not just due to injury, he has lost something in his game.
Ledson could be a great player if he progresses and Garbutt needs a contract asap.
Kone did ok as did a few others.

Is that your full, complete definition of "competition"? if so, we can sign someone from Kidderminster who plays striker and iNCREASE the competition at the club.

Competition comes from multiple players putting in good performances, and in a striker's case "good" performances include goals. They are obviously going to come from Kone at some point, but UNTIL THEY DO he is not really competition, becuase ain't nobody picking a striker who doesn't score over one that does.

No mate that isn't my full complete definition of ' competition '. I'm currently in work and to be honest, thats probably all that you deserve in return for your lack of understanding that Kone is actually competition for Lukaku despite his lack of game time and goals ratio.

great to see the young players get a run this is all this match was about. and they all done well Ledson had a good second half Browning is going to be a good one, Dowell unlucky would have scored only for the block from the defender. Pienarr looks like his coming to an end, Garbutt again very good, but i hope Lukaku never gets hurt or we are in trouble.
Kone done well but i'd like to see him or what he is like if he was in the side with Eto'o or lukaku with him. anyway lets hope its Celtic in the draw.
