I think Rooney has had a decent half. Incredible pass for Klaasen's chance, nearly put DCL in and that dummy for Mirallas was very unlucky. Advanced footballing intelligence.

29 games in the europa league tonight and only 1 game had a convincing win it, some lithuanian side won 3-0.

this will probably only finish 1-0 or 2-0 but keep expectations realistic.

Thoughts on the half:

Keane looks good. Solid and some great passes into the opposition half.
Klaassen's short quick passing is v good and combines really well with Rooney. Can see why Giroud would be an obvious target to complement that.
Martina is laughably bad. I don't think I saw him touch the ball once without losing possession through a bad touch or wayward pass. Got dribbled once or twice too.
To the surprise of absolutely no one, we haven't got a clue how to create a decent scoring chance. Have we had a single shot from inside the box in line with the goalmouth?

Swap Mirallas for Gylfi and DCL for Monsieur Giroud and we'll be OK.
