One result stands out from that list, I was there when we beat arsenal 6-1 in 85-86 They were still a very good side back in the mid 80s. It was a travesty we didn't win the league that season. But for southalls injury we would have won the double.I wish I saw us playing in 1930's with these scores :

Bet Sheeds is made up,he er,doesn't have a high opinion of that lot should we say?lolKevin Sheedy continues to do a tremendous job.
Very talented & underrated youth coach. Big asset to the club.
Surprised nobody has approached us for his services to be a manager. Maybe he's content just coaching the youth.
Hospitality even then :Nice one mate,I bet the blues partied that night
My stream has no com, thought it was there mics,as you could hear the players/people there all game lolWatched it on a streaming site (great win), must say that LFCTV is far better than ToffeeTv - very considered and (mostly) impartial commentary, unlike our version which tends to fade towards a "new shoes?" debate and "aren't we great , we have supporters all over the place - listen to this... etc."
I would gladly pay a subscription foe EvertonTv to get that sort of quality broadcast, the present offerings are a shambles.
I take it john Aldridge wasn't involved in the commentary then?Watched it on a streaming site (great win), must say that LFCTV is far better than ToffeeTv - very considered and (mostly) impartial commentary, unlike our version which tends to fade towards a "new shoes?" debate and "aren't we great , we have supporters all over the place - listen to this... etc."
