We'll see. As I said, poor decision imo if it happens. Very poor.Or he's going and there isn't any point giving him minutes?

Obviously it’s paper talk and you can’t trust that rag. I really hope he doesn’t go, but if he does 1million is a disgrace for one of the best players at under 23 last season in the whole league. When you think the [Poor language removed] got 6 mil for that Aussie left back. We'll see. As I said, poor decision imo if it happens. Very poor.
Sorry mate I didn't even realize it was the Sun. I know better. Not a great source JD.

Everton youngster linked with £1m January transfer to Bristol City
Walsh is reportedly a target of Lee Johnson and his advisers are said to have met with the Bristol City manager
Bristol City could be set to sign Everton youngster and former Yeovil Town loan star Liam Walsh in a £1 deal, according to reports.
The SCUM reports that Walsh’s advisers have already met with City boss Lee Johnson ahead of a potential move early in the January transfer window.
Walsh spent the second half of the 2015-16 season on loan at Yeovil and marked himself out as a star of the future, scoring one goal in 15 appearances as he played an instrumental role in the Glovers’ survival that season.
But despite showing star potential, Walsh faces an uphill struggle to break into the Everton first team, with numerous players including Idrissa Gueye, Tom Davies and Morgan Schneiderlin favoured in the midfield spots at Goodison Park.
Walsh was signed on loan by Birmingham City in August but failed to feature following the sacking of Harry Redknapp in September and returned to Everton to train last month.
The 20-year-old would be a strong addition at Ashton Gate with City looking to bolster their midfield in the absence of Korey Smith due to injury.
Slight question marks also remain over the future of Josh Brownhill, who has been linked with a January switch to numerous clubs including Newcastle United and Leeds United.

I can't delete it on my phone. Can a mod delete it?...a link from that source will not be welcome on here, JD. ( @roydo I’m sure JD meant no harm but it might be an idea if you can delete the links).

Wasn't paying attention to be honest mate. Apologies to all had I looked at the the source obviously wouldn't have linked it....a link from that source will not be welcome on here, JD. ( @roydo I’m sure JD meant no harm but it might be an idea if you can delete the links).
Cheers mateIts all good fam, we know you enough to know it was just a simple error, forget about it.
He was getting praise of plenty of Birmingham fans even though he only started one game and came on in another two. They couldn’t believe he wasn’t given a chance as the rest of there midfield is full of players who can’t pass 5yards. Just fight and scrap. Can only imagine its so low cos we have loads of buyback/sell on clauses attached.
Probably almost a glorified loan or maybe hes just not that great in the "bigger leagues", struggled to get games for Birmingham, who are utter pants.
Absolute tragedy if true , he's recognised by everyone as the best player in the under 23 team. Hopefully just a loan but we should be very worried. Joe Royle has gone, Unsworth not involved in first team at all. We could be about to throw away the best youth team we've ever had. Mostly local lads who have been together since a very young age and who give everything because of what the club means to them. Just look at Kenny, not the fastest, strongest or most naturally talented but the best or second best player in the team each game because of his passion. If Walsh leaves without even kicking one ball in first team game it would be a disaster.
Plenty ahead of him? Who like...only time will tell. There’s plenty ahead of him in the queue and others coming through so these decisions have to be made even if I really like the lad.
