Dowell and Connolly too have been mentioned re Wigan, but haven’t seen anything confirmed yet.
Robinson is a good move , he needs that loan to build his game time/experience as wont be ahead of Baines this season ....maybe next.

..he’s got terrific size about him, hopefully he really progresses this season and establishes himself at Wigan.

I understand our now obvious link with Wigan but I'd rather have seen him go to a team that's going to be fighting near the top.

Think Wigan could have a good season, maybe a surprise a few and get in the playoffs

..I dare say an advantage is that it’s local, so the lad doesn’t have the logistics of upheaval. Also, Everton can more easily keep an eye on his progress.
