All I said was Baxter, in my opinion, has more to offer in terms of advice for academy kids than Baines does. I didn't say Baines doesn't have a lot to offer but professionalism is ingrained in the club and the 1% that make it here regularly train with model pros and get that learning anyway. The 99% that don't make it, the ones that need to drop right down the leagues and build themselves up, maybe deal with being released, maybe deal with having too much money too young, maybe have a bad group around them outside of football, would find Baxter's experiences very much invaluable.
