If we haven’t offered him a Scholarship then I believe we can’t claim any compensation. Bell played for Scotland u17 s but never featured in our u18 squad. We can’t keep them all , I guess someone made the decision to let him go, good luck to him , hope he gets a contract somewhere .
Apparently they can offer pro contracts at 16 in Scotland, but the bit about Bell spending last season in our u18s is wrong .

….3 years is a lengthy contract. I expect the player demanded this so the club must rate him highly to meet it.

That would be impressive. England 18 caps are a good sign.
I am really only going on the times I have seen him play and he just stood out for me.
Playing well above his own age group he has the size, physicality and athleticism to succeed. But, he just also seems to have that something else that the better players have.

The other centre back in Welch has been on the bench a few times for the 1st team.
Think Campbell will overtake him or confident on both go make the grade?

If he keeps growing and improving should be quality centre back, has played mostly left back/wing back for u23s and has been just okay
