Minimeister
Player Valuation: £35m
Noticed in the programme yesterday our next u-18 game is against top of the table Cittee. Should be a slobberknocker.

He's a tough tackling defensive midfielder, lots of energy , no nonsense type - Google his red card in an under 18 derby a couple of years ago. I don't quite share Eggs enthusiasm for him and wouldn't rate him in my top7 of our young players but he's done well this season in an unspectacular kind of way .He's more in the Ledson/Davies /Walsh type mould rather than the Dowell/Evans type if that makes sense . I'm surprised at this level of interest in him but good luck to him, he's not out of contract for 18 months yet so it will be interesting to see if we upgrade his contract. He's the type who'd add some backbone to Utds u21s if that's what they need. Maybe another Joey Barton in the making.article in daily fail about united wanting to sign him
can't say i've ever heard his name mentioned alongside our suposed best prospects ?
what type of player is he ?

He also looks to be a good passer of the ball. When I've seen him play he's made some excellent long range through balls. He's a tough tackling defensive midfielder, lots of energy , no nonsense type - Google his red card in an under 18 derby a couple of years ago. Time to bump this thread into 2016, u18s play City on Saturday and u21s play them Monday. With the recent loans it will be interesting to see who is starting in these games, maybe some coming back from injury who have disappeared off the radar like Pennington, Jones and Antonee Robinson. Maybe a chance for Shayne Lavery to shine in Brewster's absence .
And of course maybe a chance for youngsters like Holgate, Kenny, Dowell to get into the FA cup squad . I find it bizarre that at times our average age of players on the pitch is younger than the ave age on the bench, and I'll be disappointed if we start with a bunch of 2nd teamers who can't quite make a regular spot, with a bench full of regulars just in case we need to bring them on. While I wouldn't currently start or bring on any of our youngsters in a PL match, this could be just the right occasion to inject some youthful energy into our team.
Could galloway do a job at right back as a stop gap measure?or is browning still injured? So other than the FA Cup you cant see anyone able to come in for coleman while he is injured?

Ya i know galloways left sided just wondering as a stop gap measure.im right footed but always played left back and he has the experience of playing there but i suppose theres alot more at stake for everton than my sunday league teamBrowning is out for the season and Galloway is left sided.
Might change the formation maybe go 3 5 2 ?......I think Browning has a long term injury, Galloway is very left sided and might actually play ahead of Baines. I'd like to see him play a youngster and I suppose Holgate is the obvious one. Coleman will be out for a month so there's a gap to be filled after the Cup game but I fear he may put Stones in there.
