There's a suggestion that Pennington is in the running for a place in the FACup squad, along with McAleny and Leandro as the other "youngsters" or rather not regular first teamers as both are older than 5 of our current squad. I would love to see Pennington at 2 tomorrow , I haven't really seen enough of him but he seems to be a dependable, solid defender who's experience at Coventry last season should enable him to step up against D&R. Come on Roberto, give one of our youngsters a start at 2 tomorrow !

When did Pennington and Leandro last play ? I'm all for playing fringe players but one thing you can guarantee is that D & R will be right up for this. If you include Jags and Pienaar who haven't played for eons ....

Personally would be quite annoyed to see McAleny play against Dagenham today in place of some of our more talented youngsters. He's had far too many chances at our football club.

yeh much rather see dowell or evans given a chance, at least they still have a future at the club.
