Odd seeing as word coming out of the summer training camps was that Davies was making an enormous impression on management.

...hopefully he is. I just wonder why that isn't transforming itself to involvement, particularly when the manager is clearly unhappy with many of his squad. RK says he's not ready which might be a perfectly valid reason but my logic wonders if he simply doesn't think he's good enough. I'm probably very wrong but it doesn't quite stack up.

I putting some hopefully not misguided trust in his assertion that he doesn't want to put them in while the team is playing poorly.

But in the form we're in at some point you've surely got the ink "Sod it, how can they do worse than what the others are doing"

FFS I'm so tired of "They're not ready". Most of our first team is playing like wet garbage, and everytime one of the lads is given a chance they look really good. How can they be worse than the tosh we've put out the last month?
