He was owner of Crystal Pal.when Tim Cahill was being transferred from Millwall, he told Cahill‘s agent to do one with his demands for his transfer and wouldn’t pay the fees involved, that’s how Everton got Cahill, we paid the agents fees, so basically Jordan disliked agents as much as most of us do.Talksport pundit, businessman & ex-Palace owner
Remember him now, was a friend of Cilla Black. Was Crystal palace chairman for a while i think.
I've heard those shouts before that evertonians would act exactly like liverpool fansIf we were invited and declined the invitation to the superleague then the "classy Everton" shouts make sense. We weren't invited. Our pontificating may be seen as coming from a place of bitterness rather than righteousness.
Where were this media in the 1985 ?Media need to do one with don't penalise the fans crap. Someone on twitter hit the nail on the head, if clubs are penalised for fan behaviour then fans should be penalised for club behaviour
Seem to remember in 2019, The Big Picture scam again from the same clubs, we were invited and declined it, short memory mate ?If we were invited and declined the invitation to the superleague then the "classy Everton" shouts make sense. We weren't invited. Our pontificating may be seen as coming from a place of bitterness rather than righteousness.
How long did it take Rangers to come back when they got demoted to the very bottom of Scottish football for whatever it is they did (I forget what it was)Definitely. I think relegation to the championship isn't severe enough, as they would all keep most of their players for a year, walk the league and come back just as strong. Most relegated teams come straight back up so there's no question any of these would.
League 2 though, potentially 4 or 5 years before PL or European qualifications? Players would walk. That's a long time.
But it would also be a huge positive as you say, and the league would benefit positively from those 4 or 5 years.
If the FA, PL, UEFA, FIFA had any balls, and if they really wanted to make an example of what essentially boils down to cheating, then this would be a fine example to set. They did it to Rangers and Juvetus in the past, I don't see why they can't do it again.
Besides, imagine the competition of those 6 trying to get out of League 2 at the 1st time of asking, knowing the play offs could see them promoted or left behind, without a selection of their expensive stars?
I believe they are in our current position and I am certain that their wealth was gained by principled, angelic means.Where's your evidence? Everton came out against the Big Picture in 2019. The statement today was brilliant. Moshiri backed it up saying we would not be swayed by money to wreck the football pyramid. He insisted there must be sanctions. You seem very cynical, but some people can be principled, you know, and I genuinely believe our board is 100% opposed to this franchise club.
