Max is complaining about the underside of the car, and how much it’s bouncing. With how the car is setup for the year to gain grip, it’s predictable. In Monaco the driver has more to say, I admit. Then again: Usually it's still the good cars which collect the front row spots in qualifying & therefore dp well in the race. Trulli in Renault, Panis in Ligier and Senna in Lotus (ok, a couple of Senna's McLarens were pretty horrendous too) are the ones in "modern" times who have won with an inferior car. '83 Keke Rosberg also.
But it’s three races in a row now where the car, which looked unbeatable, isn’t as impervious to opposition as we first thought.
Don’t get me wrong, I suspect they’ll come good again on the majority of tracks this year, but it’s nice to have completion; it’s nice to have a closer field.
It’s just bloody nice for all races to not be so damn predictable, so long may it continue. Oh, and Max is a ball bag.
