The nightmare, and what we should be looking to spoil, is a final 4 of us, Leicester, Sheffield United and one of the south coast clubs with one of the semis being us v Leicester

Right im over it now. Alteast we are in a quarter final, a one off game. If the last two games are anything to go by we will atleast make a game of it. We beat spurs twice this season thats a psychological blow on our European competition. And a cracking game to remember.

That’s the other scenario. There’s a good chance Leicester could beat United. If we can put out City then suddenly the semi final line up looks very appealing.

I always want the easiest team in the draw at home.
When we came out first, I said to the kids ‘that’s ok then’ and then City came out and it’s an automatic FFS.

I don’t usually expect us to win as when I do Everton mug me right off. Wigan always springs to mind. No way I saw us losing that game.

We can deffo give City a game with our best side out on the pitch at Goodison and Carlo on the touchline.

Tbf I did let out an expletive which the wife questioned, as we all would like an easy route to silverware. A few years back we dumped Chelsea out in QF's when we were having a woeful season under Martinez, so I'm staying optimistic for now. Who knows, City might have a few injuries and fixture congestion with Europe.
