2019/20 Fabian Delph

I felt Fabian Delph did ok considering he's missed a few games due to injury. But he's just one of those players that when you're watching him play, you keep expecting him to go on a run with the ball then suddenly pull-up clutching the back of his leg. Really hope he can stay injury-free for the rest of the season.

Apart from in the second half when Pickford wanted a quick restart - acres of space in front of Delph, Pickford desperately trying to get him to move into it so he could distribute the ball to him but he just walked off not interested. Pickford had a go, Delph retaliated and Holgate had to hold him back.

Never fit, calls his teammates sh*t during a game (before deflecting a free kick into his own goal) and now this. Don't like his attitude.

But he's dead shouty in the changies mate.

Unfortunately I think he'll be a one game a week player and given we are 3 down in that area it is going to be a hindrance. I like him just a shame he is injury prone but sometimes these players come good. I remember Saha had a few spells when he wasn't too bad.

.....will not see his contract out by only wearing the Royal Blue of Everton. One of those where we pay his wage quietly and thoughtfully as he sits out injured, somewhere else. No way does he play for us in three years seeing his contract out. Part of the problem, not the future.

Seeing people saying he wasnt interested when Pickford was trying to counter.

He was just saying keep the ball and calm things down as we were having a dodgy spell in the game.
