Factory reset (Forest fan)

It would be pathetic behaviour if I was to come on here and give an opinion on Everton Football Club, as I would rightly receive short shrift. However, I don't see anything wrong with asking whether relegation would allow a great club to bounce back and return to some form of glory. Newcastle and Villa have been relegated and are now in great positions, the consensus from Everton fans appears to be that this wouldn't work... it's good to get insights from other football fans. If its the case that football is so tribal, other football fans can't have a conversation on here, then so be it.
You know exactly what you're doing, it's obvious you're a troll you absolute rocket.

Forest fan in peace... Is there an argument that relegation might be a good thing for Everton?

There are a few teams who have been down in the Championship and have bounced back to a position of strength, I think Villa spent a couple of seasons down there and they've rebuilt. Even if you didn't bounce back immediately, you're bound to be challenging for the top 6 and you'd think you could get promoted in 2/3 seasons. Winning games, good away days, no VAR and reconnecting with the fans in a new era with a new stadium might work in the Championship... Thoughts??
I see where you're coming from but I would honestly rather poo in my hands and clap than have to go through relegation and the Championship etc

It's chico isnt it?

I assume there is at least 237 multi accounts on here

Here’s a live action shot of me posting on here.

Somehow I don't think Everton getting relegated would eventually lead to Champions League football

And let's be real despite top five finishes Villa and Newcastle are not going to be winning Champions League trophies any time soon

Seems to be a lot of anger towards the ownership and Moyes name is mentioned as someone who could turn things around. Financial implications are something I'd not really considered and I appreciate the circumstances are different to Newcastle and Villa. You're not going to go down this season, so there's nothing really anything to be worried about anyway.

How do you see Notts Forest doing this season pal? Hope you manage some distance from the bottom this year.

This "In peace" rubbish yet again.
Go away.

No chance, could potentially kill off the club if they didn't immediately bounce back.

After this season 6 first teams players are out of contract, unlikely any of them (maybe Gueye if wages are negotiated down) are kept on. That's a big enough reset as it is.

Free up the wage budget and the added stadium revenue next season shoukd see us being able to reinvest in the team.

For what it's worth I think some of the football played in the Championship is dire, the thought of Everton going down, getting a kit with about 20 different plumbing company sponsors on it and Aldi as the main sponsor, playing football in Preston that's broadcast off a Nokia potato... I'll pass

I think we're better equipped than at least 6 teams in the PL, so any position from 12th to 14th would be a good achievement considering the context of the past 20 years. A few Forest fans think we'll be top 10, which is laughable. Entering the 3rd season of the PL and aiming for a position of mid table safety is fine with me at the moment.

Yeah that’s good progress mate. Always liked Notts Forest a proper club and fans.
