this is being shared again, she also made a song when Frank signed.

I refuse to take lectures on how good or bad our fanbase is from a Geordie of all people! They're collectively the biggest embarrassment to the whole sport outside of the RS. Morbidly obese mutants that roam around the country painting each others faces and carrying inflatable dinosaurs with them all because "the Mackem Pickford's only got little arms! So I brought a toy that has little arms to! Canny that, ain't it man?!"

I'm sick and tired of hearing idiots online (particularly one Facebook and twitter) moaning about the wicked old fans and how "negative" we are.

I just don't get what some people want from our fans anymore. We've had nothing. Absolutely nothing to be positive about for well over two decades. We never win a game of true significance. We hardly ever win a derby. We get always humiliated at least a couple of times a season and yet despite all of that, Goodison (along with our allocation at all away games) is still sold out each and every week. I just don't get how people can look at our club, see how its been continually mismanaged by an incompetent owner along with his moronic chairman and board and a string of players and managers that have stolen a living from it and then cryarse about the fans!

I just don't see how the fans can even enter the equation at this point. I understand that some fans can be OTT and negative at times but that what you get when you're continually let down and have very little hope that things will ever improve. personally feel that complaining about the fans right now with everything that's happening to the club, with all the frauds, shysters and charlatans attached to it is like having your house burned down and choosing to worry about the fact that you left your wallet in there!

The fiasco has cost us at least 20 points and possibly our PL status.

But the "uber blues" won, and that's all that matters...
Indeed. The atmosphere at Goodison was toxic under Benitez, even at the beginning of the season when we were winning.

And we you say it has cost us many points and quite possibly our club’s continuing existence.

He shouldn't have ben hired in the first place, but once he was people were playing with fire with the continual opposition to the manager and it affected the team results.

No question about that. Those players are poor, but they aren't so poor they should be 3rd from bottom in the PL.

The whole business cost us about 10 points easily.

There will be people disputing that out of vested sectional interests, but it is true.

I thought the actual mood in the ground at the start was fairly decent towards benitez wasn't it? Well until we started losing week in week out.

Even he said the support had been good.

...as soon as a couple of games were lost the toxicity went through the roof. It got us to where we are.

yeah, i didn't want him appointed (although no where near as against it as some), but i was fairly on board at the start. nosedived quickly though, as everyone expected.

Most likely after the 5:2 home defeat to Watford. When the crap tactics and performances caught up to us and we stopped scoring screamers to bail us out of games?

There is no way you can state it as true, besides it is the kind of thing that needs be discussed after season's end. We need a bit of unity now and less finger pointing until the job is done.
