Why are people still shocked at what happens on twitter.

You could tweet that you've just created a cure for cancer, and half the replies would be people calling you a peado.

Social media is a very grim place full of very weird people looking for attention, as a footy player ( or anyone famous actually ) sadly you have to expect this kind of behaviour.

I’ve never been one to blame the fans for us being currently crap, and certainly not those in the ground.

I’ve always been sympathetic to those who boo at the end of a half.

However I can’t help but thinking this sort of stuff really doesn’t help anyone’s frame of mind;



I mean, he says he’s joking once pulled up but when I said a few weeks ago that once a manager loses his 100% record he’s done for I think I was closer to the bone than even I thought.

We have become the poisoned chalice we always feared and I can’t help think it’s in part down to this.

It’s a game of football, lads. If you find yourself abusing players either in person or online then you’re most definitely in the same family as the beauts who abuse referees in kids games.

We’ve bred an entitled section of fans that h less we stamp on it, we CRUSH it, will continue to infect the whole fanbase and normalise that is, let’s be honest, quite vile behaviour for supposed adults to be engaging in over humans playing a sporting game.

Also I follow "Gaming" and "e-Sports", so it naturally bombards me with notifications about thots and instagram onlyfans girls. They should prolly work on the algorithms.

This season is the boards mistake.
Benitez alienated players probably to the point they didn’t want to bust a gut for him, and probably didn’t like the way some of their team mates were treated.
Under Lampard they are working harder, even in defeat they seem to be working harder.
I would say it’s more lack of talent or form than actual effort,

I can hand on heart say I supported all our managers in their first season...gave each and everyone of them time to prove themselves or prove they couldn't be our manager.
