Is there any thing which says who the new lender is because I have suspected for a while he just transferred the debt into his name or one of his companies. Nice little earner after all.Company borrowed off changed name from JG Limited who lent last year.
What a farce.
lol
Heads on the floor all over the place.
Companies house though lar.
Bake a cake lads, it's on.
*enters into vaultsIt's Rights & Media Funding Ltd, which is formerly JG Ltd, who issued the loan last August.
We have reissued it. There's no doubt now; Moshiri is a fraud.
Moshiri is a front man for Bill. No way he has this money he claims...
Hi Mike. Meet MartyIt's highly likely he has been brought in to facilitate the building of the stadium allowing Kenwright to stay in charge.
It's highly unlikely he has any real intention of taking over the club from Kenwright.
As for the stadium. Ultimately it will be a stadium build to the spec of what Kenwright and co think is appropriate and we know what that means.
"The greatest trick the devil ever pulled...
Oh - It's just all nonsense spouted by a certain mod. It's Rights & Media Funding Ltd, which is formerly JG Ltd, who issued the loan last August.

Agreed, it doesn't sound at all like he's done a u-turn with 45 mins to go like Sky would have us believe:
Speaking in L'Equipe, Sissoko said: "I never went to Everton.
"It's funny. I was watching TV, and I saw that a deal had been done with Everton and that I had signed for them, but I was in London, waiting to sign my contract (with Tottenham)"

The Premier League has a committee that overseas investors and businessmen buying into clubs, i believe its their ethics committee.
We aren't saying he has broken any premier league rules. There's no rule any owner has to come in and spend big. We are saying that the idea that he's a sugar daddy who's going to launch us into the top 4 and build us a top stadium is most likely nonsense.I didn't realise that part of this forum has become like Reddit with all of the amateur sleuths and investigators deducting its all a scam and hes a fraud and they know 1090% of what is going on.
The Premier League has a committee that overseas investors and businessmen buying into clubs, i believe its their ethics committee.
As for the man himself i doubt he will come into the club and just spunk everything he has into players right away without getting the lay of the land and working out a strategy.
The only types of owners that do that are Russian oil barons, Arab investors and the Chinese because they buy clubs for fun.
They have way more money than they ever need and can do what they want. So much so that UEFA set up the financial fair play rule to stop these types of investors.
Most regular investors have ideas, plans and strategy because really the key word is 'investor'. They don't want to simply burn their own cash after all its an investment.
Its funny when Arsenal think that Kroenke and the Usmanov re like that when that really isnt the case.
The Sh*te fans also deluded with their owners too. Same goes for most of the clubs. In reality the cash they are all spending is the TV money now that every team gets quite a lot of it.
So if Moshiri does have billions hes not about to blow it all in one sitting especially if he wants to drive the club forward long term.
I am willing to give him a chance.
The transfer window was excruciating but i bet most fans of other clubs felt the same. We just need to fire whomever does the dealings themselves. It should have been a whole lot better but i am willing to give the new regime a chance.
Hopefully Moshiri figures that out and changes it.
Wasnt JG limited linked to Kenwrights best buddy Sir Philip?Company borrowed off changed name from JG Limited who lent last year.
What a farce.
