lol wat?

The only excusable scenario is that Moshiri was smashing the beak when he sent that text.

That would make sense and I could forgive it.

Otherwise I'll never get over the fact that our new owner sent Jim ballbag White (of all people) a text which puts even Bill Kenwright's past luvy quotes to shame.

I felt less embarrassed walking out of Anfield last season.
This.

This Moshiri fella is a knob head (if he indeed did make those quotes, however I still refuse to believe it).

Wasn't all of that before they changed the rules? And fixed their committee. I believe he was one of the catalysts for them changing their rules him and that crooked Russian lad at Portsmouth around the same time.

So let me get this straight...we have took out another new loan and the esk is confirming we did bid for Sissoko.
The club and all who sail in it have had the bollocks of us all.....again.

Everything just seems so odd, bizzare statements and tweets. I think we are all smelling a rat here, Moshiri must know he's only a certain amount of time left to show us the money in terms of transfers and a world class stadium is going ahead.

Not all of us. Some are giving him a chance to show us his plans for the club, we're not all cynical. As for "he's only a certain amount of time left" - I doubt he really gives two hoots about fans questioning him on an internet forum. He has come here for a reason and he will execute his plan whatever we think about it. What that plan is, we will see.

I didn't realise that part of this forum has become like Reddit with all of the amateur sleuths and investigators deducting its all a scam and hes a fraud and they know 1090% of what is going on.

The Premier League has a committee that overseas investors and businessmen buying into clubs, i believe its their ethics committee.

As for the man himself i doubt he will come into the club and just spunk everything he has into players right away without getting the lay of the land and working out a strategy.

The only types of owners that do that are Russian oil barons, Arab investors and the Chinese because they buy clubs for fun.

They have way more money than they ever need and can do what they want. So much so that UEFA set up the financial fair play rule to stop these types of investors.

Most regular investors have ideas, plans and strategy because really the key word is 'investor'. They don't want to simply burn their own cash after all its an investment.

Its funny when Arsenal think that Kroenke and the Usmanov re like that when that really isnt the case.

The Sh*te fans also deluded with their owners too. Same goes for most of the clubs. In reality the cash they are all spending is the TV money now that every team gets quite a lot of it.

So if Moshiri does have billions hes not about to blow it all in one sitting especially if he wants to drive the club forward long term.

I am willing to give him a chance.

The transfer window was excruciating but i bet most fans of other clubs felt the same. We just need to fire whomever does the dealings themselves. It should have been a whole lot better but i am willing to give the new regime a chance.

Hopefully Moshiri figures that out and changes it.

The fact the FA have ethics commitee means sod all.
It doesn't stop an individual loading a debt on to a company.
I think most are willing to give him a chance but six months in now is more than enough to get feet under table .

On the face of it, it's not looking great is it .

This new charge may be a small pawn in a large game, he may have settled other debts which we are awaiting the site to be updated but as of now the debt has increased and there doesn't appear to be any other debts settled which in my opinion goes some way to explaining why we didn't have a net spend again.

Worrying signs for me.

I've just heard that the new ground is actually going to be built in Area 51, is going to be part financed by the United Nations (more commonly known as the New World Order) and on it's grand opening night, non other than Paul McCartney (not the real one of course because we all know he died in 1966) is going to give a recital of a medley of songs by Lennon and McCarthy.:coffee:

A post about the charge from these from last year
Have attached the company report from Companies House for JG Funding Ltd as of about an hour ago.
Sole Director Jonathon Christopher McMorrow.
JG Funding Limited has 5 charges outstanding, 3 to Mousehole Ltd a BVI corporation dating back to 2011 which was stated in a Guardian article a couple of years ago to be an associate company of JG, and had the same investor as Vibrac (same article).
The 2 new charges are to Kirkton Investments Limited (registration no:012657v on the Isle of Man Companies register) and Carroch Holdings Ltd (registration no:012656v on the Isle of Man Companies register). Both of the Manx entities were incorporated on 5th August 2015 by the fiduciary services arm of a local lawyers called Cain's.
The registered offices for these two entities is Fort Anne in the Isle of Man,post code IM1 5PD. The only public records available for each are the Certificate of Incorporation, the Memorandum of Association and the Articles of Association, these will tell you the square of Jack sh*t!
The Isle of Man as a jurisdiction allows the use of nominee shareholders and Directors (but the fiduciary company must know the identity of the ultimate beneficial owner and declare that they do in the annual return), no accounts are filed with Companies registry, but it is possible they will be filed with the Treasury, Income Tax Division.
I am sceptical that there is anything other than circumstantial evidence and speculation that Philip Green has anything to do with any of the above companies, but will stand corrected if documentation can be provided.
In fact, as the JG Funding Ltd still having charges outstanding to Mousehole would give a gut feeling that this is still the same structure with the same ultimate owner, whoever that may be.
Just looked on both registries so these are the facts as known today.

I hate to say it but when the rumor came out that Stoke's chairman said "do they really have the money", that along with Gibson made me worried.

People in the know like other chairmen and agents would know.

I'm giving Moshiri 2 years to show me how great he is for this club and I won't be disappointed.

Why did we not sign all these players we were after?, my view is the state Martinez left us in, with two bottom half finishes, and competing against clubs with CL or Europa football are the reasons, you don't have to look any further than that.

Koeman has said over the weeks it's hard to attract top players when you don't have Europe and other CL teams are after the same players.

Perez - went to a CL club
Sissoko - went to CL club
Brahimi - Porto kept increasing the fee/notably difficult to deal with, already at a CL club

Compare our signings this window to the other teams outside the top 4, we are in the top 2/3 for teams that had the best window.

If we had finished 6th last season, we could have sold the project much easier, but if we'd finished 6th, Martinez could have still been here.

I'm not in a panic over this, Koeman and Walsh need to get scouting and bring in a couple of players in January, if we keep most of the key players fit and playing till then, we will be in and around that top 6.

We aren't saying he has broken any premier league rules. There's no rule any owner has to come in and spend big. We are saying that the idea that he's a sugar daddy who's going to launch us into the top 4 and build us a top stadium is most likely nonsense.

Just face it. Like the rest of us you have no idea what he plans to do.

All we know is that in his first window we have pitiful net spend even with the new TV money and so far none of his money has been seen by the club in any way.

It's that uncertainty that worries everyone.

A lot of people are saying he is a fraud and he is corrupt and lying. Sorry i may not be talking about you but a lot of what i read is exactly that.

He never said he was a sugar daddy type of investor either i believe the press told us all that.

And I never said i knew anything i just think its hilarious how many people deduce hes a fraud because a transfer window didn't go our way.

And you are right i have no idea whats going on either that my point.

But i am willing to give people the benifet of the doubt sure FYI you kind of contradict yourself also you tell me on one hand the fans dont think he broke rules or is a fraud and then tell me you think he is talking nonsense which means he was lying which means to the premier league he would not be suitable etc....

Works both ways...

The weird thing is I know for a fact we have practically been giving blank chequer to players/agents/coaches (hint hint) to come.

The Martinez excuse. Give me a break.

We had top players like Lukaku, Barkley, Stones, Coleman, Baines etc and had just hired supposedly a well respected manager.

What did Martinez have to do with anything.
