Just for the record, I was informed in early summer that the club's debts had been settled and a significant sum of money had gone into the club. I have spoken to the person several times since and he is insistent. The person concerned without revealing identity would be in a position to know this and given his professional status is unlikely in the extreme to not be telling the truth.

I think at this point we must assume that he is infact lying mate.

I mean lets be honest, it would appear as tho everything he/she told you is now very much untrue.

Im not saying we didnt have interest in certain players over the summer, but clearly how far down the road we were with certain deals was overstated. This is not a pop at you, you have merely passed the information on, but surely you yourself must realise at this point that somebody is passing on information that puts a positive spin on the club.

Personally, if I was you, I would tell "your source" that the games up and he should find another patsy to peddle his lies.

But hey, thats just me.

When do we find out for certain what has happened to the debt? End of year accounts?

The next accounts will take us to 31st May 2016 and will show the debts as still outstanding. Any significant changes will be included in the post balance sheet notes.

Accounts will be out early December based on previous years.

Based on zero investment, no debt clearing and having all the hallmarks of a massive asset stripper at this point.

The only justification for that loan is it being stadium related. If it isn't, the discussion about Moshiri ends flat.

  Who, through their company 'Rights and Media Funding' have provided the everton football club with a loan, created on 22ng August, and delivered on 26th August

We were after better players than them two, and ofcourse players care, top players do, trying to buy CL players when you've finished well off the pace of Europe two seasons on the bounce does not put you in a good position.

If I was Perez, Sissoko, I'd have done exactly the same as they did, and so would you Dave.

Unless you finish in CL spots you dont get elite players.

You can finish 5th for the last two seasons and it'd make no difference.

Appreciate the comments, he was not one of the transfer sources and given I've known the person professionally for many years I can vouch for his integrity.
