Why is there a third-party involved? Why don't we just lend from Carroch Holdings direct?
Sorry mate, just doing my tea.

Carroch and RMF are the replacement intermediaries for VIBRAC. Carroch gives anonymity as the Registry in the Isle of Man have no register of beneficial owners, but the corporate service provider signs a declaration to the effect that they know who the owner is.

This is a guess, but something must have changed in the Premier League's perception of BVI vehicles funding clubs and VIBRAC did get into hot water at Reading.

The other company involved with RMF is Kirkton Investments Ltd anther IOM company and the funding through that is for West Ham if memory serves me right.

The bed wets you?

No, he travels around these parts with a hairdryer ensuring posters get a comfortable nights sleep

all mods should be this way...I need some Pepsi, some chicken sensations ( the crisps not the pain of passing an egg) and a caramel whenever he's ready, but I've been waiting 6 years, maybe a lot of wet beds or a very small hairdryer...

How do you see the stadium build being funded?

Look at a club like Arsenal: they took a massive loan to the tune of £250M from a raft of banks headed by the RBS (as well as funding the Emirates from sponsorship deals and player trading and public cash). How on earth can we look at JG/RMF as a viable financial partner for a stadium that we'd be looking to build - an iconic one at that (we hope) and similar size as the Emirates. So as an explanation for leaving that credit line open a source for stadium loans looks pretty remote, wouldn't you say?

Sorry if you misunderstood me.

The credit line could only be used for short term relatively small expenditure, such as the £20m reportedly needed to purchase the land on the docks.

The club would most likely employ the services of an Investment Bank to oversee the project. Any long term borrowing requirements will most probably be syndicated (i.e. a number of banks sharing the debt) as the banks would consider it too risky otherwise. Further funds would be generated through advertising, stadium naming rights, corporate hospitality sales, possibly a small amount of grant funding, and I would hope, an element of investment from Mosh given that he should see at least an equivalent upturn in his share value.

To be honest I'm not too sure of the scale of the land we are looking to purchase, but if it's large enough there may be the opportunity to bring in private investors from retail/hotels and the like.

The Russian guy Mosh put on the board has a background in Investment banking and I wouldn't be surprised if he were brought in specifically for this purpose.

Utterly bizarre that Moshiri was using Jim White as a mouthpiece, why not just not say anything, then don't look like an absolute muppet when we only get Valencia in on loan.
It was white that insisted we were on the verge of signing sissoko when in reality he had already signed a deal with Spurs. Moshiri was grateful for that as it made us look active in the market up to the last minute.

By 8 pm on that day both he and bill were raising a glass celebrating the fact that the war chest had been left untouched.
