I guess we'll be in the dark for a while then kid,no change there then I'm no worse off than before suits me...............never had the burger myself either

I'm not sure in what context you consider it to be bad Dave?

It's the clearest statement of intent, and actual commitment to Everton I have seen. I am perfectly at ease with how it is structured and what the consequences of the deal will be.

I am sure Mr Moshiri will be communicating with us all the moment the transaction is ratified by the Premier League.

I suspect the club were forced into making the announcement on the back of the press speculation which was probably not planned. It may well have been their intent that the deal would be ratified before publication, thus allowing for a fuller explanation.

If we refer back to the 2012 letter that Moshiri co-wrote to the Arsenal board, he made it quite clear that he's a huge advocate of transparency. Time will tell but the man has already made the right noises. This comment is more for davek than you, Esk. I share the same opinion as you.

That statement isnt the end of it; its a half hearted temporary thing. Bill hasnt wrote those words, never.
There will be others coming in; we will know more soon enough.
"Promise of new investment" is open to interpretation isn't it?
While in that sentence above I think it was implied Farhad providing investment into the club himself, I also believe he is here for the long term and will bring in other wealthy shareholders in the future to join him.
It's,hopefully, about long term sustained success.
