We can't have formerly lambasted the majority/largest owner for his poor transfer prowess and pull our pinches in this one. That would be hypocrisy.

He has the plaudits for taking control. Time for the investment to make those plaudits justified.
and what are you going to do if nothing happens, are you going to order a plane?, put on a clown outfit and bake a cake whilst walking down goodison road chanting Moshi out?

Where is the evidence that in the last window money was there but not spent? Isn't the more compelling evidence that our transfer window got started when Stones was sold and ended when we spent the same amount?

Not just evidence, it's a fact.

Stones left and the major money started getting spent.

If the time comes for protest then it will happen. There's a long way before we reach that point, but he should be aware that another Kenwright scam won't be tolerated.

Up to him, I suppose. He's apparently a billionaire and someone who can move us forward. Well I for one say it's time for him to plop or get off the pot.

But a debt that could quite possibly never be repaid

So a debt that could be called in on a petulant whim or if Moshiri falls on a couple of bad investments is better than a secured, fixed term loan where everyone understands the terms and date of settlement?

Wealthier men than Moshiri have tipped over on the finances. What if his niece inherits his wealth and doesn't fancy bankrolling the lads in L4? We're now more vulnerable than ever.
