I have no problem with that as long as he keeps the basic tenets of the club, community wise.

It's a business when all is said and done, and if that business is successful, the value increases.

At no point should any business owner be viewed as a benefactor.
FM is an investor via BHHL and would be foolish to invest to lose money.

I'm sorry, is there some mistaken view here of what that phrase actually means? I've just had a warning over it. If there's some belief that it's a racial slur let me clarify and disabuse you and others: the prefix "chocolate" is a well known one that is used to cast doubt on the reality or value of a person or entity.
