"The next 12 months promise a raft of big-money buys and progress towards a new stadium. They intend to spend top four-style money. Moshiri intends to invest massively in not only the transfer market, but also a new stadium build."
However in Febuary 2016 he said, "Moshiri has pledged major investment to not only help build a stadium, but also significantly strengthen the squad, with up to £100 million made available in the summer."
Lets hope he's right this time.

we won't know for a few years will we. I've been around long enough to see that it could happen and a chitty january window won't be the reason for it failing to happen, so i'm not going to get upset if we don't sign Ronaldo and messi in the window. The things that seem to be going on are things that are being put in place to make it happen.
