The loan should be looked upon as a down-payment on further shares imho.
Reckon that options get exercised, then a rights issue will be done with the debt to BHHL being converted.
That's my take for what it's worth.

Time for the chocolate billionaire to step up. If this window doesn't see a major net spend then anyone who's suspected this all along to be a Robert Earl type plate spinning exercise will see their stock rise.

As for a person who stirs up division, after warning him once and then twice, have nothing more to do with him, knowing that such a person is warped and sinful; he is self-condemned.

Ok, splendid negativity yet agaim

He'll convert a loan into shares that will inflate greatly in value should a new stadium be built.

He'll walk away from Everton eventually trebling his money.

Some reputations will be made, or some will be destroyed.

He would be very well advised to keep his grid shut and his wallet open. This is the month he will be judged by Evertonians and whatever the judgement is will stay with him for the time he's here at the club. He's on notice as it is. If this window is not a success he won't come back from it.
no mate, he will be judged by some in 5 years time or so. I'm not 4rsed if he punks money needlessly to satisfy some internet bedwetters. In 5 years time, if we arent about to move into a new gaff and have a team that is around the champs league slots every year, that will do me. If we don't sign some foreign super kid in Jan, I'd rather we did but not losing too much sleep. I'm in it for the long game.

I'm sorry, is there some mistaken view here of what that phrase actually means? I've just had a warning over it. If there's some belief that it's a racial slur let me clarify and disabuse you and others: the prefix "chocolate" is a well known one that is used to cast doubt on the reality or value of a person or entity.

Maybe it's lost in translation and wools don't get it?

I have no problem with that as long as he keeps the basic tenets of the club, community wise.

It's a business when all is said and done, and if that business is successful, the value increases.

Why do you have a problem with an investor making money?
