On a serious note though, can see a huge amount of change happening as deals run out over the next two years and also a lot of new avenues opening up to us just by having a very business savvy and connected person in charge now

This guy works very closely to businessmen who run steal firms as well. He will know what he's doing. Raw materials costs have also declined. Ideally you look to service the cost of the stadium on interest and pay it back (at least partly) in instalments over 35-40 years based upon the increase in revenues you get.
I hope the fella really thinks big with a stadium. I'd like to see Walton Hall Park knocked on the head to be honest. We should look to find land on the Banks of the Mersey. It is an iconic setting, ahs been done up and would fit perfectly with trying to re-brand the club. It looks beautiful and scenic and could be sold as a USP to businesses and fans across the world. We would probably have the most ironically placed ground in the UK if we did that. (I am not saying London doesn't offer better opportunities, but very few stadiums are in such idealistic surroundings, Chelsea/Fulham aside).
We should look to build a whopping complex there, be ambitious, hotels, a "Goodison experience" museum, restaurants, business partners opening stores on the concourse bit. It is a unique opportunity to build something the North West doesn't currently have.
If we are going to do a new ground, we might as well take it to the next level. And watch the investment from companies wanting to be involved in football pour in.

Everton are back in the game.
The day supporters had longed for has finally arrived. Fresh investment. The chance to make Everton great again. A real force in English football. An opportunity to talk about the here and now rather than our incredible history and tradition. The times, they are a-changin’.
We can be main players. Farhad Moshiri’s purchase of 49.9 per cent of the Football Club can put us back among the elite. Finally, we can put plans in place and follow them through. No more pipe dreams. It is a truly exciting time for Everton and its loyal fans.

However, we will not be the next Manchester City or Chelsea. We must still do things the ‘Everton way’ to be a success.
The fresh investment does not mean Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo will be at Finch Farm holding up the royal blue shirt next summer. However, it does allow us to compete at the very top.
The shackles that have held the club back are off. Standards can now be raised and the mediocrity of the last two decades will hopefully become a distant memory.
Names we’ve missed out on in the past will now sign on the dotted line. There will be no more near misses or reasons to curse our lack of resources.
This fresh investment will be used to take club to the next level – the top level – while carrying on with everything we are good at.
