The pr campaign has well and truly started imo. There’ll be plenty more articles and tweets from the cronies in the coming weeks.

Straight out of the Paul Tyrell handbook.

If he appoints Allardyce, all of the rats like Prentice etc can start typing the hate articles as much as they like for me

Let’s get it right Allardyce is a jobs for the boys appointment that smacks of the old regime.

You’re crazy if you think it’s Moshiris preferred option.

He has to sign it off mate. The possible threat of financial meltdown is nothing compared to the guaranteed disaster of Moshiri taking his money out.

Any choice is his. He picked Walsh and Koeman. He chose to sack Martinez. And he'll get sign off on whoever comes in now.

He has to sign off on it but again his biggest problem is how naive he is. He’s being taken for a ride by the 5 Kenwright cronies on the board.

The only thing we know of you last paragraph is that it was his choice to sack martinez, a choice Kenwright could never make previously because he simply couldn’t afford to.

Think we can now safely say bids for Cavani and co were absolute lies.

Can't see how you can say that tbh. We spent money, we tried to spend more, players wouldn't come. He got rid of 2 managers probably at a combined cost of somewhere close to 30 million when you take into account the compo to soton. If there was no money about we would have kept with Martinez or Koeman.

The problem is when we fired Koeman we thought Unsy would come in, gee everyone up add a bit of feel good factor and get us to the point we looked an attractive proposition for a manager. Turns out we should have hired someone that week as since we have got worse week on week, to the point now not many people would want to attempt the job thus we get a craphouse manager like Allardyce.

Exactly, the reason it took so long is Moshiri was dead set against hiring someone like Sam. He was trying to get better but has obviously given into the pressure that Kenwright/Walsh and co have been applying. To be fair it is probably the right decision now. It will be interesting if we ever find out who terminated Koeman and was Bill whispering in Moshiri's ear that we will get Unsy in (as he gets us) and all will be ok until we find someone you want...

we do seem to have an imaginary 60-70m to spend just after the window closes. its happened in the last 2 summer windows, (koulibally and then costa/cavani) you can not deny this as it came straight out of mosh's mouth.

its a play straight out of kenwright old hand book too.

they think we are stupid.

Before we didn't have players/mangers and chairmen back this up. Why would the Ronk lie after he got given the heave-ho? He could come out and say they promised this and that and didn't have the cash. He only said he had Giroud in his office but he didn't fancy it in the end and that's what he feels cost him his job.

If moshiri is so easy to influence, then the situation with him is even worse than I thought.

People forget the guy isn't super rich, he is like the 12 Richest, behind even john Henry (and he is backed by a consortium of billionaires).
He is never going to be a sugar daddy, he isn't rich enough.

So if your not a sugar daddy, you have to be smart , sign good deals, get the best people around you etc

Problem is, moshiri has shown himself to be completely stupid in terms of football and its leading us Into a relegation battle.

it has only been amplified with an unsuccessful play for Silva and even him mentioning Simione as a prospect.

if he thought his stock was low last week, he will now realise it is ever decreasing right at this moment in time
